The Global Learning Project Manager (LPM) is responsible for the planning and execution of Global Learning strategies and programs in Alorica. The person in this role is a highly skilled learning leader in any or all the following areas: Learning Delivery (Operations Training), Learning Technology and Analytics, Leadership and Talent Development.This role impacts business critical and revenue generating activities specific to new hire throughput, speed to proficiency, client KPIs, employee retention, and eNPS.Plan, manage, and ensures training delivery (New Hire + ongoing or Leadership Development) for clients and Alorica globally.Proactively engages and manages internal/external client and stakeholder relationshipsPartners with all functional units to support revenue growth and exceed client expectations.Conducts needs analysis and post-training assessment for the program.Plans & conducts detailed performance & compliance-to-plans reviewsPartner with Account Managers/Site Leads to determine needs and priorities within the business units and sitesIntroduce learning innovations as a value proposition on new logos and projects.Support operational excellence initiatives through the implementation of Global Learning Standards in all areas of Learning and Leadership DevelopmentCreate and report business information and metrics as mandated.Ensure updated knowledge of the program with self at all timesExperience and Qualifications:Strong Project Management skills. PMP Certification is a plus.Strong Stakeholder Management skills.Ability to collect, analyze, and transform data.Demonstrates knowledge on risk management and mitigation.Understanding of Learning and Development theories and modelsExperienced in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and post training assessmentHighly proficient in MS Office Tools and Applications.Ability to make decisions, use judgment & intuition to function in a matrixed & dynamic environment. Should be able to handle load & deadline related pressures.Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the following:BPO and/ or ITES IndustryCall center operations (inbound, outbound, sales, back office, omni-channel support)Must be able to work a flexible scheduleCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.2 Full-Time position(s) available.
