Job Description:

The Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst will be responsible in supervising the delivery of all assigned transactional activities and assisting the leaders in meeting the target. Tasks and responsibilities include:

Supervising the activities performed by the processing team within Manila Delivery CentersProviding assistance to and coaching team members regularlyMonitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and qualityDeveloping initiatives for continuous process improvementEnsuring compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere toMonitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues as neededEnsuring adherence to SLAs, metrics and targets

Skills and Qualifications:

Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant work experienceN1 JLPT Linguistic Competence Level/ Native LevelWith experience in any of these domains (Learning & Development)Must have at least 2-3 years of work experienceHas experience in supervising/leading a teamExcellent communications skills in Japanese and English languages
