Facilities Civil Engineer (TELCO)- MINDANAO

1. Facilitate, process, approve and produce implementable engineering designs and solutionsScope shall include all works needed to promptly facilitate and/or produce the required objective including but not limited to the following:a. Creation of a complete  Project Management Plan consistent to addressing the required Scope, Schedule, Constraint and Standards/Policies issued by Globe Telecom.b. Alignment and enforcement to all relevant stakeholders of the project standards and governing policies issued by Globe and compliant to National and Local Government policies and standards.c. Manage and facilitate all relevant support requirements of Vendors to produce the required output- RAAWA, site access, etc.d. Early identification of issues and risks including prompt closure or facilitate prompt closure of identified issues and riskse. prompt or early escalation of issues outside the scope or limit of authorities of the position which may compromise the attainment of the required deliverables.f. Validation, review and approval of engineering designs for implementation.g. Facilitate re-solutioning and approval of proposed innovations and its corresponding PCR documents (Project Change Request) to produce implementable plans when needed.h. Produce necessary documents, computations and analysis to prove/support soundness of engineering designs and plans.2. Facilitation and delivery of required Project Implementation Support for the successful delivery of the required scope under the Positions Purview.Scope shall include all works needed to promptly facilitate and/or produce the required objective including  but not limited to the following:a. RAAWA and site access review, processing, monitoring – ensure prompt processing of site access requirements to deliver the required scope, ensure that only relevant and authorized parties are given access to Globe sites and that sites are left in good condition and proper housekeeping are done prior to leaving the site.b. MOP/SO review and processingc. CAM, SICE,CXM approval processingd. Logistics Management for Globe Supplied items including ORF & DTD processing and pull-out.e. IP parameters and FIO issuance processing.f. On-site supervision of critical works requiring Globe presence as and when needed (e.g. FOC insertion,etc)g. Random on ground inspection to drive progress and ensure quality.h. Workmanship compliant to globe , national and local governing policies and standards.i. Produce necessary engineering documents, computations and analysis to prove soundness of engineering designs for implementation.j. Secure all necessary projects, pre-con and post-con documents. Project document archiving.k. Attend necessary collaboration with key project stakeholders (internal and external; i.e  LGU, HOA, etc) to drive completion of required outputs prompt fault ticket closure.l. Drive project closure ang prompt turnover to GT BAU.3.  Project and activity tracking , reporting and uploading  to on-line trackers (e.g. Maximo) also project documentation and archiving. Scope shall include all works needed to promptly facilitate and/or produce the required objective including but not limited to the following:a. Provide prompt , complete , accurate and regular progress report via established format , trackers and/or online tools prescribed by Globe including build forecasting.b. prompt escalation of issues , risks and change requests including deviation scope and impact analysis.c. Project documentation, archiving , turn over to Globe BAU.d. Additional reports maybe added as may be deemed necessary in producing the required outputs.4. Established , conduct and /or support Cadences and Key Stakeholder management activities ensure alignment , steer and drive delivery  of required outputs.Scope shall include all works needed to promptly facilitate and/or produce the required objective including but not limited to the following:a.  Facilitate or attend relevant cadences to steer, align, and drive the delivery of the required outputs.b. Attend, participate and support all agile ceremonies (Kanban, restrospective, team rallies, etc.)Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Hybrid Work Set-Up
