Architectural Supervisor - Makati City

Schedule and coordinate work activities among his subordinates, contractors and the whole work group.Prepare project status reports and accomplishments for Project Superintendent’s/PIC’s update and monitoring.Supervise all works and operations being done within his area of responsibility.Enforce the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.Implement all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment.Schedule and plans all actual construction works and other related activities on site.Oversee the actual execution of all activities conforming to the approved schedule.Interpret plans and specifications prior to construction.Coordinate the proper implementation of all technical plans and specifications.evaluate, check and verify accomplishment of subcontractor’s vis-à-vis budget.Coordinate the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site.Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
