JOB DEscriptION:
Assists in strategic planning, implements benefit activities and oversees the administration of the programs and packages within the companyDistributes communication materials to inform employees about the benefit programs, manage the administration of programs and activitiesHandles post benefit computation (Voluntary and Involuntary separations)Develop and monitor plans, programs, systems and procedures related to Compensation and Benefits together with Payroll LeadEnsures compliance with the following government agencies’ rules and regulations: BIR, SSS, Philhealth. Pag-ibigEnsures the submission of accurate and completed transaction information to Payroll (statutory related payments, premium contributions, and loans) based on the schedule of respective agenciesQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Accountancy or Business AdministrationStrong Background in TOTAL REWARDSCan set up Compensation and Benefits3-5 years in similar capacityAdvance knowledge in ExcelAttentive to details and OrganisedKnowledge or background on Payroll Processing and Benefits AdministrationAdditional information:
Hybrid set up - 4 days on site and 1 day WFH
