As a Learning Officer, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities: People Development

Assist in the conduct of Learning Needs Analysis for Operations and Support Groups to align their capability with the strategic requirements of the business.Conduct and facilitate training activities.Perform the pre, during, and post-program coordination, and report the results.evaluate and monitor hands-on and On-the-Job training of personnel on-training.Monitor the training and development needs of assigned trainees.

New Product Training

Prepare and design materials for New Product Launch in close coordination with the PDT Team.Conduct new product orientation and training in close coordination with the PDT Team.Monitor the adherence of restaurant personnel to the basic standards for New Products in close coordination with the QSCH Department and PDT Team.

Administrative

Manage class/batch of trainees assigned by preparing and accomplishing the ff:a. Training Scheduleb. Trainee Assessment and evaluationc. Trainee Coaching & Counselingd. Grades documentationCoordinates with Program Managers on Training schedules, SME assignments, and Materials Preparation.Oversees Training Assistant in charge of Materials, Catering, and Venue Preparation for Training Program assigned.Implements department standards and guidelines in the following areas:a. 5S Managementb. Building, Equipment, and Facilities Managementc. Multi-Media and Library Managementd. Office Supplies Inventory and Controle. Training Store Organization and Managementf. New Store Opening Supportg. Bulletin Board ManagementAssist in the organization of Mock-up store including Cleanliness and Organization of Materials and Inventory of Stocks.Generates standard and custom reports as defined in the systems of RSDP, MDP, and OTT.

Workforce Engagement

Assist in employee selection, hiring, training, placement, movement, rewards, and recognition of employees under supervision.Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling for the training team handled.evaluate the performance of immediate reports on a regular basis.

 Qualifications: To apply for the role, here are the requirements:

Preferably graduate of Communication, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management of any 4-year course related to Training and Food Service Operations.Must have at least 2 years of experience in designing and conducting modules, with Restaurant Store Operations experience (Shift Manager Level).Must have extensive computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Graphic Design software, and the Internet.Must know how to operate multi-media equipment.Must be highly personable and outgoing.Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
