Materials Engineer (Central Luzon Projects)

importANT: This is a site-based position. The qualified candidate will be reporting to various projects in Central Luzon.

The Materials Engineer is responsible for evaluating materials and creating plans and processes for construction and fabrication.

Job Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Project-In-ChargePerforms analysis of product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine causes of problemsRecommends changes in the specification of materials as aligned in project plan and budgetConducts or supervises tests on raw materials or finished products in order to ensure qualityDesigns and directs the testing and/or control of processing proceduresDetermines appropriate methods for fabricating and joining materialsMonitor material performance and evaluate material deteriorationPrepare CAD drawings and reports for documentationOther related works as required

Qualifications

Licensed Civil EngineerWith 3-5 years related work experience as Materials Engineer gained from a construction project / company with specific expertise in Materials TestingKnowledgeable in using CAD and Microsoft Office in preparing reports for documentationWilling to be assigned in Morong, Bataan and Capas, Tarlac
