CG Artist - 3D Renderer / 3D Visualizer

We are looking for passionate, excited, ambitious, detail orientated, tech savvy, ever hungry for continued knowledge, creative CG ARTISTS who want to be part of a growing opportunity and to become one of our Manila family serving our United States clients.(Please be aware this is NOT AN ARCHITECT DESIGN position but looking for 3D RENDERER.) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or equivalent courses or experienceMINIMUM 2-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in 3D Computer Graphics, pref in Environment or Architectural Visualization. 5+ years preferred.MUST BE AN EXPERT 3DS Studio Max or Sketchup, Vray, and Adobe Photoshop.Knowledge in in AutoCAD, Adobe After Effects and other 3D visualization software is a PLUS.Familiar with High Dynamic Range (HDR) and other post-processing techniques.Proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering for both hard surface and organic forms.Excellent in communicating ideas, takes direction well and knows when to speak up in a creative conversations.Detailed-oriented, resourceful with a strong work ethic.Full-Time position(s) availableDuties & Responsibilities:Prepares 3D photo-realistic renderings (interiors & exteriors), animated walkthrus and other 3D visualizations using 3DS Max and Vray.Responsible for reading 2D architectural drawings and material swatches and translating them into digital 3D environments through optimized low and high poly models.Collaborate with internal creative team in order to produce high standard images that are within client constraints and deadlines.Proactively explores new tools and techniques to provide innovation and raise standards of the rendering work flow.How to Apply:Provided updated CV with referencesMANDATORY - portfolio/sample of latest work (interview will not be scheduled if not provided)SEE OUR YOUTUBE link in this posting for our portfolio reel - your work must be of similar experience and quality.
