Training Content Expert

As a Training Content Expert at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC) - Manila, you will provide course design support in creating effective and engaging learning materials that will enable GSC to achieve the desired learning outcome. The role involves partnering with the GSC Academy Team and subject matter experts in identifying course goals that will further enhance learning across different delivery modes.            

IN THIS JOB THE MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE THE FOLLOWING:

Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needsCreates, designs and develops engaging modules to support GSC Academy based on training needs.Create supporting material/media for blended learning (audio, video, simulations, role /real plays, games etc.)  Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.evaluate existing instructional material for enhancements of quality of training programs.Oversee implementation of new learning programs.

Educational Qualifications:

The specific skills, knowledge and abilities required of the job /role are the following:

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, or any related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge.Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technologyExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsAbility to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scriptsStrong in Project Management
