I. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Senior QA/QC Engineer will be accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, and precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with Construction Teams and GC & proactively support all site Quality needs.
2. Assist Line Managers in fulfilling their task as required.
3. Monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective action.
4. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and test on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
5. Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of the material.
6. Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures and collaboration with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
7. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
III. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY, AND CAREER
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
License
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Senior QA/QC engineer on construction projects.
40-50 y/o

Ø In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.

Ø Availability to perform construction site visits, outside of business hours, when relevant
Ø Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification
Ø Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports, and records
Ø Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors if the site manager cannot attend
