Civil Project Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must be willing to be relocated to MAASIN, LEYTEProfessional Licensure Board exam passer - Civil EngineeringCandidate must have more than five (5) years of solid experience as Project Engineer handling projects such as substations, and power plants.JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager directs, manages, and leads the projects assigned under his responsibility.DETAILED JOB DEscriptION:1. Assist in the Implementation of the quality management system and project management of all projects under his responsibility.2. Participates in the Risk Assessment and Control Studies and assist in the implementation of actions.3. Assist project management, contract management, and claims management activities at the site.4. Assist in Plans and coordinates all required resources – manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and money – for timely mobilization or delivery to the site.5.  Assist in Leading project planning, project submittals (not covered by the Engineering Dept.), and acquisition of required project permits.6.  Assist in project implementation that meets the project contract agreement and, more importantly, the company’s goals and objectives.7.  Assist in managing the sub-contractor’s work quality and safety.8.  Coordinates with the Customer’s representative on matters related to projects.9.  Prepares and submits required project documented information.10. Prepares the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedules.11.Assist in project monitoring and control with emphasis on implementing actions.12. Assist the Project Closeout which shall include not only the project contract requirements but also the company’s close-out requirements like the preparation of Lessons Learned, final Variations Order List, Personnel Performance evaluation, Supplier Performance evaluation, and others.13. Attends the Management Review meetings as required.14. Assist site Purchasing, Warehouse, and QEHS activities.
