Job Description:
Prepare periodic cost evaluation and estimatesReview drawings and specifications of Architectural and engineering plans and documentsConduct pre-bid conference among the invited contractors and equipment vendorsSubmit recommendations on proposed breakdown of contract works and epldt supplied materialsCheck bid packages drawings and specifications to eliminate overlapping jurisdiction among separate contractorsRecommend for early purchase of those specified items of equipment and materials that require long-lead itemsProvide assistance to consultant in the preparation of the documents required for permit applicationsFull time inspection of work to ascertain that work is being undertaken in conformity with plans and specificationsTo endeavor to guard against defects and deficiencies in the workSecure sample materials whenever deemed necessary and supervise testing of the sameUndertake cost evaluation of corresponding to contract additions and deletions of works/items.evaluate progress of work against the agreed work schedule and submit progress report to the owner.Measure and evaluate completed work and recommendations on claimsRequire contractor to submit shop drawing for approval of consultantReview as-built plans submitted by contractorsJob Requirements:
