Primary Responsibilities:

Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content, courseware for web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formatsDesign, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.Produce high quality, next generation eLearning modules and based on business requirementsManage projects from start to finish and collaborate with different teams and business partner groups.Author and create scripts and storyboards for use as on-demand modulesConvert instructor-led training scripts into on-demand learning storyboards, scripts and deliverablesManage vendor eLearning production as requiredCredibly engage and interview subject matter experts to gather and codify financial markets content for deliveryFind creative solutions to designing eLearning offerings that are relevant, engaging, and effectiveContinuously build personal knowledge of eLearning, training, technology, and software trends and developments.Partner and share knowledge with peers and colleagues to enhance the team's overall capabilitiesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any disciplinePost-graduation / MBA in Business Management, Human Resources preferable6+ years of total working experience 3+ years of experience in training content developmentStrong proficiency with MS Word & PowerPoint.Strong proficiency or certification in Instructional DesignStrong partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partnersAbility to learn quicklyResourceful in finding information and fact checkingBackground of working in a Training / L&D departmentBackground in teaching / training imparting behavioral programs is highly recommendedExcellent English verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in multiple shifts as may be required by business from time to time
