"Your Role and Responsibilities
As Learning Practitioner/ HR Training and Development, you’ll be able to do the following tasks/functions:
Candidates need to have experience in Learning and Development functionsProvides end-to-end support for virtual trainings offered to both external and internal IBM clients. The team handles back-end scheduling, enrollment and training logistics. Facilitates virtual events using the tools Cisco WebEx and IBM Meetings as well as other virtual trainings.Run prep calls with the event contact and/or presenters prior to the live event.During the live event, provide in-session support, including sound checks to ensure clear audio quality and basic troubleshooting to ensure that the event runs smoothly.Perform back-office responsibilities, mostly involving management of learning activities and logistics in Classroom Central, Event Planning and Delivery (EPAD), Event Central among other tools.Work with the help desk / level 2 support in addressing issues raised by clients and provide solution to classroom and self-paced problems raised by clients.Process requests for Creation, modification and reinstating Learning Activity"Required Technical and Professional Expertise
With at least 1 year relevant Training and Development experience.Above average to excellent communication skills.Knowledge in operational HR Learning systemsAbility to work to and enhance prescribed HR proceduresWilling to work Mid or Night schedule.Must be amenable to work on-site in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City.
