Duties and responsibilities
Preparation of design, working drawings, and other contract document using the company’s approved software.Work on design layouts to find and resolve problems involving comparability with the basic design concept.Conduct research activities to help create and/or update a database of design records and standards for future reference purposes.Assist the Project Manager and Project Supervisor in the coordination of schedules and deliverables with the Client, Design Consultants, and Contractors.Conduct site investigation/inspection as required.Ensure work meets the company’s standard quality, budget, and project schedules.Work with contractors to ensure on-time delivery and on-budget production.
