Training Administration:
• Support in preparation of Training Plan and setting-up of facilitator schedule
• Publishing of the training calendar to ALL PH
• Coordination of training enlistment with Functions to finalize the training schedule
• Sending of training invites and reminders to all concerned attendees
• Downloading and ordering of CIS including CIM materials/consumables/files from the CIS Replenishment site
Talent Management:
• Administration of EDR end-to-end process in collaboration with HR-Business Partners
• Monitoring of CIS including CIM and non-CIS related programs per function and updating Business HR according to the commitment made by functions
• Support in IDP Q&Q ,Focus with the line and UP for Sups
• Support in the socialization and education of 6 Leadership attributes
• Lead Talent Management initiatives (Jobs Lab PH, etc.)
• Facilitate Country Structured On-boarding for Learning and Development and Talent
Management Touchpoints.
Other Tasks
· Has experience in end-to end Training and Development for at least 3-4 years (a + if has TM experience)
· Has good planning, organizing, delegating and prioritization skills
· Can work with minimal supervision and proactively follows-thru
· Has good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Self-starter, resourceful and tech savvy
· Knowledgeable in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) video/image enhancement, MS Teams and other apps (preference)
· Can work in multiple and concurrent deliverables and timelines
· Keen on details and good in preparing reports & analysis
