Responsibilities
Supports the development of HR initiatives and prioritiesSupports HR and Business organizations and cultures to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement and commitment to service excellenceLiaise and advise HR COEs on local HR policies and procedures and operations to support pro-active delivery of quality HR services to meet current and future business needsOversees local implementation of global and standardized HR processesProvide coaching and support to Line Managers on a range of employee matters including performance management, recruitment and talent developmentActively involved in the recruitment, development, growth and retention of talentApplies consistency and fairness in adherence to regulations, compliance, laws, policies, procedures and issue escalationHCM Project
Participates in User Acceptance Testing to meet the business needs of end users, as requiredProvides feedback to the HCM project team to improve training materials and user guidesPlays the role of a change agent in supporting employees for the HCM rolloutHR Integration Project
Supports the integration planning and execution effortsWorks with the HR CoEs in defining key deliverables, and implement actionable plans to achieve integration objectivesEnsures all deliverables on people, and HR processes and policies are accomplishedEducation & Experience
To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be educated to Degree level (or equivalent), within Human Resources or related discipline5+ years of HR and/or combination of HR and Business Leadership experienceQualifications
