People seeking unmatched career and personal growth opportunities, who are driven to work with, and learn from some of the most inspiring and supportive leaders in the business.WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, who will be primarily responsible to boost performance of sales force; increase branch support thru appropriate training programs designed for In-Branch sales; Head Office employees and the Bank. RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct and Facilitate training programs to bank personnel and Bancassurance Sales ExecutivesDesign modules and tools for In-Branch sales for BPI and Head Office employeesMonitor performance of BTP batches handledPreparation of Reports such as participant feedback, shadowing report, and training needs analysisAccomplish adhoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time by immediate hiring managerREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other business coursesAt least 3 years of working experience in training preferably under salesGood understanding of the Finance, Banking, and Insurance industryWilling to travel within the Philippines
