EDR Accounting & Business Solutions is currently looking for a Virtual Assistant/ Executive Assistant to work with one of our Australian clients.
Founded in 2017, we launched as a progressive accounting firm with a priority to provide customer service, financial advice and technical support throughout our client’s journey and across every stage of their business cycle. We are based in Manila, albeit not together in an office currently, with our second office in Brisbane.
Over the years, we have grown exponentially with the conception of our multiple brands, SUMB (Set Up My Business) and SUMO (Set Up My Offshore).
SUMO, specifically, is designed to provide offshore staffing solutions for small and medium businesses across Au s tra lia, from our office in Manila.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting emails and handling business communicationsInterfacing with clients and customersScheduling and planning meetings and eventsResearching for data collection using spreadsheets and other similar applicationsReporting and analysisServing as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, on all matters pertaining to the Director, including those that require professional discretionOther administrative tasks and projectsEDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree, pre ferably in Business and/or ManagementAt least two (2) years of experience in business administrationProficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based technologiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional database management, filing and record-keepingStrong command in the Eng lish language, both written and verbalAmazing interpersonal communication and customer service orientation
