As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

Handling of ER casesWork with the People Partner (HRBP) in providing targeted support to their respective stakeholders.Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation in support of the partnering functionAnswers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers to more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR team members or management.Provides necessary coordination with the HR COEsConducts or assists with new hire onboarding and offboarding within the department.Assists with planning and execution of related HR special events/projects within the department
