RESPONSIBILITIES
● Primary function: convert leads to actual sales (sale = letter of intent to purchase
property)
● Responds to customer inquiries about the real estate purchasing process and
requirements via Messenger, SMS, and phone/ video calls
● Serves as a real estate consultant to the Housify team for property concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
● 3+ year/s, exposure in business development or sales in real estate or similar industries
● Needs to be a licensed property specialist
● Open to field work and onsite work
● Experience with the end-to-end real estate purchasing process
● Experience with real estate appraisal
