Project Engineer - Alabang

Job Duties:Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper actionTransmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project groupRandom check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specificationMonitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to timePerforms Research & Development work related to quality assurance

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Must be licensed.Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activitiesWith knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and proceduresWith strong written/verbal communication skillsAbility to organize, prioritize work plan, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accuratelyDetail-orientedWith a good moral and positive attitude
