Real Estate Sales Specialist (Makati/Cavite)

More than being able to work with us, we offer great benefits and a competitive environment, which will push you to your limits.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct sales pitch presentation and negotiation with clientsParticipate in developing a sales strategy by helping create the most effective promos and incentives to achieve sales targetCreate and maintain client databases to help generate leads. Generate various sales reports in a timely manner.Build relationships with external partners and clients in a professional manner at all timesGrow sales by supporting and creating a network of external partners.Lead marketing activities related to the Broker’s Appreciation Program Achieved internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annualManage inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure proper communication between various stakeholdersBe an active participant in sales and training meetingsPerform additional duties as needed by the businessSupport and empower the team to create an ideal working environment others within the teamHelp the documentation team pre-qualify buyers upon bookingParticipate in Holdco endeavors by helping coordinate corporate eventsContribute to building global best practices to project level QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or real estate is a plusExperience in real estate sales, marketing or related field is a plusStrong communication skills and fluency in English and FilipinoAbility to flourish with minimal guidanceMust be proactive and can handle uncertaintyCustomer centricDemonstrate a general knowledge of real estate practices and principlesCritical thinking is requiredWilling to work on some weekends or holidays as neededFast learner, can work under pressure, and is result-orientedMust be highly organized and detail orientedFresh graduates are welcome to applyBENEFITS:Quarterly performance bonus (cash bonus as a % of in-house sales)Medical Insurance (HMO)Gas allowanceCellphone and mobile plan14th month payOther financial benefits (Medical, clothing, etc.)Note: Work arrangement of visiting the main office in "Makati" as needed and the working site will be in "Cavite".
