Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver New Hire, Progression and Enhancement training on all aspects of client projects, including soft skills and technical skills (both small & large class sizes – up to 50)Supervise agents while in their training period.Develop non-classroom communication and training materialsCoordinate New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activityAssess participant and class performanceParticipate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experiencePrevious Customer Service / Sales / Technical support experience in call center or related industryStrong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.1-2 years of training experience
