Job Responsibilities

Sales

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Meeting planned sales goals.Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Leasing

Promote positive, harmonious relationships between staff and prospective residents.Aid prospective residents and staff through self-showings, application, and move-in processes.De-escalate and resolve matters involving future residents.To ensure all deadlines are met.On top in terms of on boarding of any new or transferred assets as needed.To establish key performance indicators for each market and manage activities within leasing platformsMaintain accurate lease performance metrics and process management.Leverage industry knowledge to assist with creation of a scalable leasing model that aligns with organizational goals.Communicate clearly and concisely with details to prospective residents and clientsDemonstrate superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation efficiency and fiscally responsible activity.Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.Scouting for prospective lessees.Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees.Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.Addressing and recording all rule violations as neededRenewing lease agreements, if desired.Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits.

Marketing

Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketingWork with Consulting and Sales to cultivate reference accounts for products and servicesCreate compelling marketing campaigns using strategies we encourage our clients to use to showcase our abilities to produce results (leads)Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channelsCreate content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiativesResponsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring proceduresManage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and executionUnderstand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadershipConduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement client interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to managementConduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Economics Studies/Administration/Management, and Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.Must be able to lead and manage a teamMust have a good understanding of the local real estate market & etc.Practice an appropriate customer care attitude and decorum when conducting leasing operationsSkilled in effectively organizing the operations of a leasing department to maximize profit and work efficiency.Creative thinker, excellent listener, and communicator, and a professional experience in marketingSkilled in direct response marketing with the ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications, and direct mail.Exceptional presentation skills and be able to do fieldworkAbility to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.Ability to manage multiple projects.5-10 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate/Leasing or equivalent.Highly motivated, flexible, and results-oriented.The ideal candidate should possess exceptionally strong communication skills; be highly motivated and self-driven.
