Job Summary: Generally in-charge of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of new licensed broker group/sales networks that could sell exclusively for PRO-FRIENDS. Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing brokers or real estate sellers who could potentially build an organization that would sell exclusively for identified PRO-FRIENDS projects.Identify the key broker that would establish the network of sellers, and would fit the requirements of PRO-FRIENDS. Ensure the lead brokers capacity to institute an organization and onboard real estate sellers that would constitute his/her network.Assist the lead broker in onboarding of sellers whose profile fit the requirement of PRO-FRIENDS.Acts as consultant to the new sales network in arriving at the most efficient organizational design and commission structure for his/her team.Primarily in-charge of assisting the lead broker and his/her organization seek approval for accreditation with the company through the presentation of a complete business plan.Aids concerned operating units in the orientation of the new network regarding new projects and processes.Responsible for driving the new networks’ ice break sale.Over-all in charge of managing the new sales network for a maximum of one year after ice break sale.Ensures the new sales networks’ achievement of their 1* year sales targets through delivery of relevant support and incentive programs.Provides assistance to sales networks through delivery of pertinent information, i.e., project brief, project orientation; and training programs.Ensures Sales team and Sales networks compliance to company policies.Provides guidance in the resolution of issues and disputes relative to sales operations.Conducts regular sales network performance monitoring through business reviews.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or any equivalent.Has at least 5 years of working experience in sales, network development, and/or business development.Must be flexible, adaptable, has strong leadership skills, and self motivated.Proficient in basic MS Offices.
