Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture from a reputable schoolProactive and aggressive, good decision-makerMust be knowledgeable in AUTOCAD; knowledge of Photoshop or sketch up is a plus; experience in design & project estimatesResponsibilities:
Prepare schedule, knows how to estimate and monitor the assigned engineering projectsMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status
