The Learning and Development Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting the implementation of learning and development programs to ensure associates are qualified in performing their jobs.

Facilitate Station Certification to all Production Operators and QA Inspectors to ensure all associates are certified to operate each processFacilitate New Associate Engagement Program for new hiresFacilitate Performance Management Process for Non-LPMP associates and new hiresProvide general administrative assistance and support to the Learning and Development Supervisor and other trainers.Perform administrative duties and record keeping as follows: (1) Record all associates’ training attendance in the training database; (2) Keep training records and files up to date, filing forms; (3) Deliver standard and ad hoc reports as substantial input for management planning and update activities, such as Station Certification, document Awareness Form for approved Work Instruction and Procedures and AAA Execution and implementationAttend customer/compliance audits related to Learning and DevelopmentFacilitate the performance evaluation forms of new hires due for regularization, end of contract, or contract extensionabout You:
Bachelor's Degree GraduateAt least 5 years of relevant experience in handling training preferably in an Electronics, Semiconductor manufacturing companyAbove average English communication skills both oral and writtenGood records management skillsMust be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
