Duties and Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis, Training Design and Development, Training Delivery and Training evaluationExecutes process / preprocess training to the Operations team and calibrates results acrossStandardizes and organizes training modules, and ensures to keep it updated aligned with the new releases in the processManages knowledge transfer, material development and training deliveryDevelops and deploys skills matrix program and understands the need to upskill or cross-skillCreates, refines and delivers new hire on-boarding program (pre-process and process)Collaborates with quality team and management across site to identify operational deficiencies and develop Lean, solution oriented, measurable trainingDelivers dynamic trainings sessions across the project to a diverse learning audienceEnsures effective knowledge transfer via an assortment of teaching techniques, assessment tools and continuous improvement opportunitiesManages multiple and high priority projects with competing deadlinesBuilds and maintains fruitful, beneficial relationships horizontally and vertically across organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holderExposure to BPO, preferably technical support or voice projectsMust have at least 6 months of training or teaching experience or equivalentMust have at least 6 months of communication skills coaching experienceTechnical / customer service or its equivalent for a designated customer baseExperience in Life and/or Retirement Insurance field is an advantageGood working knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office Applications
