Responsibilities:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs for all employees and leadersevaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)Develop and implement leadership development programs (talents, newly promoted and seasoned leaders)Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainingsAssess the success of employee development plansEquip and enable leaders to develop their team membersSupport employees to develop their full potential though managing and supporting of training & education initiatives.Implement P&C Development toolkit.Manage the Training Management System (TMS)Manage People Management Processes (Performance evaluation, Goal Setting etc.)Manage Talent Management & Succesion Planning (TMSP)Manage initiatives to measure, embrace and increase employee satisfactionManage employee engagement programsSupport the organization, leaders and employees with change management, and organization developmentPrepare training budgets and other resources for Management's approvalQualifications
Over 5 years of experience as Learning & Development Expert or similarSolid experience in Organization DevelopmentCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in project management and budgetingProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsBachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or a related field
