SITE ARCHITECT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Antipolo, Rizal / Laurel, Batangas / Boracay, Aklan.Free housing for site based employees.JOB DEscriptION:• Full time inspection and monitoring to ascertain that the work is being undertaken in conformity with plans, specifications and related contract documents and acceptable construction standards.• Checks, evaluates and confirms quantities and prices for extra works and other variation orders claimed by the contractor and trade contractors.• Performs quantity and cost estimate and initiate preparation of the necessary requisition of Owner Supplied Materials.• Supervise sampling and testing of materials when necessary, promptly reporting test results to those concerned. Check, in the company of the Contractor, Design Consultant and other concerned, testing of different service utilities and other installation.• Checks, evaluates and recommends Contractor’s progress billing and time extension if there is any.• Confers and coordinates with the Design Consultants when clarifications, drawings and other related documents become necessary.• Check and review as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
