Assistant Store Planning, Design & Construction Manager (licensed Acrhitect)

Responsible for the Planning, Construction of new stores, maintenance of existing stores, renovations, demolition, and other special projects. Collaborates with the different department heads about implementing brand standards within the retail stores.

Coordinate with Business Development Team for the upcoming stores and create Project Timelines showing the dates of Construction and Opening of the Stores.Ensure that the initial plan of the project is aligned with the actual inspection of the Mall Cut-up.Review and evaluate the initial plan of the Project and confirm that the plans are within the Brand StandardsCoordinates with the Principal for the submission of the initial plan of the Project and reviews the evaluation made by Principals. Any changes should be submitted and discussed with General Manager and OwnerPresent the Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) of each Project to the General Manager and Owner and ask them for approvalReview and evaluate the Construction Timeline of each Project that will be submitted by the Construction OfficerInitiate the Project Briefing for the awarded Contractor/Supplier before the start of ConstructionSubmit the progress report of each Project to their respective Principals. Discussed and create solutions to the arising site problems together with Principals

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with PRC LicenseAt least 3 years of working experience as a Store Planning and Construction ManagerExperience in the retail working environment is a plusWith Experience in Project / Construction Management, and other related fields (Architectural and Engineering/ Mechanical Electrical Fire Protection)Specialized training in Project Management is preferredActive affiliation with appropriate Mall/Retail networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferredGeneral knowledge of the National Building Code and affiliate professional code (i.e. Fire Code of the Philippines)Sound leadership qualitiesHighly flexible, organized, and can withstand pressureWilling to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati CityFull-Time position available
