Assists in the facilitation of training programs, and ensures the timely accomplishment of Training, Learning, and Performance programs to guarantee operational efficiencyEnsures participants are qualified to attend training classes, facilitates class discussion, prepares and sends update to key stakeholders, and conducts training graduationMonitors on-time training, notifies key stakeholders to reinforce compliance and recommends ways to achieve its target on-time training completionRecommends ways to enhance the current talent training processes that are relevant to McDonald’s Philippines system, and test its compatibility with the company’s current processesAdditional Qualification:
