What you’ll do
● Renew existing and apply for new permits related to a Real Estate Development – ex. Business Permits, Building Permits, Electrical Permits, etc.
● Collaborate with in-house engineers to set target schedule for permits and other documentary requirements
● Process Transfer of Land Title – seller to developer and/or developer to client
● Process Consolidation and Subdivision of Land Titles
● Process Conversion of Land Classification and Use (if necessary)
What you’ll need
★ Must have a knowledge in processing permits and transfer of land titles
★ Must have an experience working with Government Agencies
★ With excellent communication skills
★ With a strong prioritization and time management skills
