Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is responsible for providing assistance to the Senior Project Engineer to various tasks such as creating technical plans, performing calculations, preparation of reports, etc. He/She will complete routine engineering works and oversee minor engineering projects under the supervision of the Senior Project Engineer.Contributes to the development of engineering plans and designs.Assist in budget preparation for projects and monitors project expenditures.Provide technical and professional assistance to staff; review plans, specifications, contract documents, and other reports and documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, policies, and procedures.Assist in policy and procedure development and implementation.Review and estimate costs for projects.Assist the senior engineer in providing project quotationsAnalyzes quotes and bids to assist the project senior engineer.Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.Job Qualifications:Sense of responsibility, urgency, reliability, ownership of deliverables, commitment to the task, and must be result-driven.Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skillsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.Work experience in the same field is highly advantageous but not requiredEfficiency in design and document preparation programs: CAD (Required), Microsoft Office, Sketch-up is a plusWilling to work in Las Piñas City
