Job Summary: The Leasing Staff is the person responsible in assisting the Leasing manager administratively (i.e. preparing reports and meeting with clients, documentation filing and monitoring of rentals). The position also handles tenant prospecting and assist tenant on concerns/issues. The position also strictly monitors billing and collection activities for tenants.
