1.A bachelor's or master's degree in architectural engineering
2.A professional engineering license
3.With at least 5 years of working experience in construction operations of high-rise buildings
4.Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures
5.Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably
6.Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements
7.Coordinate with designer, project manager and management company
8.The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
9.Good team working and communication skills.
