Your Opportunity
The Sales Operations Specialist role is a key part of our strategy to help achieve our customer acquisition and revenue targets. Working closely
with our customer facing teams across the business, you will underpin the
end-to-end customer processes to ensure our customers are set up for success from the point of acquisition. This role is the “go-to” person and subject matter expert who can be described as a flexible and adaptable self-starter, with the confidence to be able to work with people at various levels of our business to
achieve our strategic goals.
How you will add value:
· Manage the end to end sales processes across all sales teams
· Managing technical tools and CRM platform for sales
· Enhancing sales processes and tools to increase productivity and improve conversion
· Workforce Planning
· Assist with the onboarding of new starters and refresher training (process and system)
· Coordination of initiatives and key projects that align with strategic goals
· Ensuring our customer facing teams are compliant with processes and procedures
· Apply creative thinking and initiatives to continue to deliver a value added client experience
about You:
· Previous experience supporting a fast-paced sales team
· Understanding of business processes and systems
· Excellent stakeholder management
· CRM experience a must, Salesforce experience desirable
· Capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues
· Ability to develop standard work processes/procedures/work instructions
· Great at problem solving and have a “Make it Happen” attitude
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
· Experience in change management and taking ownership of minor projects.
What success looks like in this role
In the first 3 months you will have:
· Facilitating daily workforce planning
· Clear understanding of our customer base and products
· Understanding of our key process and policies related to our sales, service, and tradiecore teams
· Built relationships with key stakeholders
· Demonstrate solid investigation and problem-solving skills.
· Supporting Sales, Service, and Tradiecore knowledge base content by updating and maintaining
In the first 6 months you will have:
· The ability to identify pain points to suggest optimisation within
a process
· Support and facilitate the training of new process and functionality to team members
· Competent in salesforce: understands the objects, record types, able to create reports and dashboards
