about the Role:
The Training and Development Specialist shall provide overall assistance in creating, planning, facilitating, and evaluating training programs, particularly in an online learning environment.
What you'll do:
Administer e-learning courses by assisting learners’ enrollment and navigation of the systemMonitor progress of training courses using the online learning management systemCurate appropriate courses from online catalog for endorsement and be able to assess the appropriateness of courses chosen by enrollees.evaluate and assess the quality of training courses on basis of fit and needConceptualize instructional design for self-directed learning and in-house compliance coursesMust be able to use the e-Learning authoring tool (iSpring) and gain masteryDesign the blended learning interventions and revalidas, post eL training, including assessment testsWork with budget and funding processWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, HR, or a related fieldPrior experience in training managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and navigation of online training coursesExcellent planning and time management skillsAbility to convey complex information in a way that people understand
