Preparing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (live documents) Identifying the processes and tools to be setupDefining the roles and scopes of BIM ModelersDefining the logistics resources to setup (hardware and software)Defining the workflowIdentifying the collaboration, coordination, and communication rulesEnsuring control and quality of the BIM processEnsuring the main contract for BIM requirement are metOverall responsibility for managing the development of the system models and associated information, including coordination and Information Management of the federated model Coordinates software training and establishes software protocols for all project BIM teams to follow, allowing efficient delivery of the project.Acts as the main point of contact for all BIM related issues with the Engineer and the Interface Contractor Discusses with the Engineer how clashes in design and trade models and how variations are resolved to be coordinated into the model.Coordinate with the Interface Contractors for information exchanges and collaboration on model development implementation against the execution plan Collaborate with the Interface Contractor and confirmation on the absence of any interface issues at every project stageReviewing the benchmark result of the BIM maturity of project BIM members and arranging necessary upskill of the BIM adoption to achieve BIM objectivesAuditing all model for compliance with the requirement as per the EIR & BEP and submits consolidated reports to the EngineerWork closely with the Interface Manager for the dissemination of interface information and formalization of inputs across partiesAssist BIM Coordinates with the Interface Contractors on the spatial requirement for the systems within the CP106 and to complete the coordinated models/ drawings to support the production of Combined Services Drawings (CSD)Managing Asset Information Model for all material and equipment used throughout the project.
