Project Scheduler (Project-based Negros Occidental)

Prepares detailed project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Control Engineer, project team and contractors’ team using best industry practice and standards.evaluates the project milestones in reference to the work schedules for each work areas.evaluates project progress accomplishment reports in coordination with the Mechanical, Instrument & Control, Electrical, and Civil/Structural Engineers.Perform a detailed review of each schedule/programme update that is issued by the contractor and provide a review report to highlight changes made, with focus on milestones and critical (or near-critical) activities.Perform schedule analysis and scenario or option examination when changes to the program are needed to mitigate a delay or project issue, or accommodate a perceived improvement or opportunity to improve the program.Prepares the weekly project reports and monthly status reports for the management and financing institution.Updates the over-all project schedule and recommends alternative actions on activities within the critical path to the project target completion.Compiles historical data on the project implementation, particularly on those periods where shifting of critical path in the project activities occur.Prepares project terminal reports upon project completion.Perform other project related works as maybe necessary.

Qualifications:

Registered/License Engineer (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineer)(10) years construction work experience in project planning, scheduling and cost controls for infrastructure projects of similar size and complexity as a power plant.Expert knowledge in Primavera and MS ProjectAdvanced Computer Skills in MS Office software  Detail-oriented, can work under pressure and has above average oral and written communication skillsPreferably candidates from nearby towns/areasOpen for 1 year project-based engagement
