The Planner Engineer shall be responsible for the design,coordination and schedule of a construction project.Take a lead role in assessing schedules of contractorsReviewing and commenting on contractor billingsUndertaking review of claimsPreparing cost estimates for design/feasibility worksSupporting project teams delivering range of projectsFulfill other responsibilities from time to time.Desired Skills & Experience:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.Familiarity with design & build contractsAwareness of contract processProficient with Primavera,Suretrack, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and other project planning software.Strong analytical skills and keen to detailsAble to communicate effectively with the Senior Management and the teamProficient in both written and verbal English.Willing to travel and be assigned in Metro Manila & Rizal area.
