Field Architect (Makati City)

• Prepares all documents such as schedule of works, deliveries, quantity estimate, transmittals, daily accomplishments, materials monitoring and updates plans for revisions. 

• Implements and monitors architectural works t• contribute t• the high quality, cost efficiency and timely-delivery of the project. 

• Checks all materials t• ensure that they are within the required specifications. 

• Conducts joint inspections t• check for any punch list t• be done. 

• Prepares the reports t• update his/her supervisor and all sub-contractors regarding accomplishments & work status. 

• Monitors the accomplishments concerning punchlist and as-built t• ensure compliance t• the given 

instructions and requirements.  

• Prepares all documents needed for punchlist and as-built 

• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, requests for information for consultant’s approval. 

• evaluates sub-contractors’ billings. 

• Handles all architectural works of sub-contractors until turnover and final acceptance of the client. 

• Gives advance planning for proper execution of works t• electrical sub-contractors. 

• Prepares and submits project status reports and accomplishments for Architectural Supervisor’s update and monitoring.

• Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment. 

• Performs tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
