Job Mandate: Primarily responsible for the end to end processing of the account from turn-in up to booking stage.
Job Responsibilities:
Timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by conducting thorough review of loan documents;Proper coordination with clients in the compliance of pre-booking loan requirements; and coordinate with various units of Loans Administration Group in the final review of loan documents to effect loan booking.Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the team's objectives and targets.Closely monitoring and compliance of post-booking loan deficiencies through proper coordination with the concerned clients / referrers / business partners.Assisting Account Officers/Branch personnel in handling client signing of loan documents.Job Specifications:
Graduate of a 4-year business coursePreferably with at least 2 years of work experience in handling documentation for home/mortgage loans or business loans.Knowledge of loan and other bank processVery good problem solving and communication skillsAdvanced MS office skills
