Overview
The Lease Manager leads in completing and maintaining the mall occupancy, ensures relevance of the tenant mix of the project, maintains rental revenue within or above the approved rates and establishes new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management/Accounting or any related degreePreferably with 5 years of extensive work experience in retail or shopping center operations, with at least 3 years of managerial experienceHas exposure to brands and trends in the marketUnderstands retail development and targeted marketKnowledgeable in profitability and financial budgetingProficient in Microsoft applicationsWork Location
