JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Training & Development and Governance Section Head, the jobholder will be responsible for conducting Telesales basic training/new hire sessions and evaluate selling ability of Telesales through oral revalida sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training support to Telesales BPO Agents through basic training/new hire sessions and evaluate selling ability through oral revalida sessions;Work closely with Sales Training Officer in creating new module and crafting/ suggesting / implementing improvement in the existing Telesales modules;Provide call quality assessment each month to identify strengths and weaknesses of Telesales agents;QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree holderAt least 1 year of working experience in credit card industry or call center industry an advantageWith at least 1 - 2 years exposure to Training Cycle, Development of Assessment tools, Instructional Design/ Module Creation, Quality evaluations, etc.Good Verbal and Written Communication SkillsStrong Attention to DetailsAccurateProficient in MS ApplicationsOther Details
