Job Summary
The Senior Architect will lead the design management of ongoing projects and projects for launch through coordination with consultants, organizing meetings and presentations to the team and management. He/She ensures the timely review and submission of plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design Management of ongoing projects and projects for launch.Prepares and reviews base plans prior to detailing works and floor area computations/ summaries for structures.Checks drawing details for construction and for permit purposes.Prepares presentation materials.Preparation of PerspectivesPreparation of PowerPointsParticipates in site coordination meetings.Will handle developmental projects and initiatives assigned to their team.Job Requirements
Graduate of BS ArchitectureLicensed ArchitectAt least 3 years experience in a real estate developer or in an architectural firm.Has experience in the design of vertical developmentsGood in MS Office Applications (excel, word, powerpoint)Knowledgeable in Autocad and Sketchup
