Calibrate with the respective Departments regarding their recruitment vacancies;Assist Recruitment Officer in screening eligible candidates.Establish and post job adverts on job search websites.Source, assess and organize schedule suitable candidates for interview assessment process and examination;Conduct Initial Interview and endorse them to the Department for further assessment if applicant’s meet their Department standards.Prepare and discuss the job offer and list of requirements to the qualified candidate.Conduct employment background check for the chosen candidate prior deployment;Enrolment and Update PAG-IBIG details of all the new hire employees.Enrolment and Transfer of PhilHealth details of all the employees.Enrolment and update of TIN and status details of all new hire employeesChecking of all the Medical Result and coordinates with the Company Nurse before on boarding;Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients.Maintain the internal CV-s database;In-charged with the consolidation of job vacancies.May be assigned to perform other task from time to time

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology; Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management;At least two (2) years experience handling sourcing and recruitment acquired from different industries;Must be adept in attending different job fairs and has broad recruitment portal network;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Able to hit the recruitment turn-around time in order to serve the company Work well in a changing environment and values teamwork;Committed to achieve Department’s goals, objectives and equal opportunity;Willingness to work flexibly outside normal working hours;Ability to strictly work with confidential information;Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
