Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.Required skill(s): training, Communication Skill.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Bridgetowne.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.• Preferably College graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education or Business Management or its equivalent.• Preferably with at least two (2) years’ experience in education/training and development.• Preferably with BPO or call center setting experience but not a requirement.• Proficient in oral and written English, with training and coaching experience a plus.• Experience in leading and completion of a project a plus.• Must have very good analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Has a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and can work under pressure, capable of multi-tasking under minimal supervision.• Balanced interpersonal skills, with above average execution and implementation skills.• Responsible for spearheading business consulting projects for the account.• Manage, drive and record governance discussions, ensuring timely submission of deliverables.• Translate business requirements into sessions for individual, group and organization-based training.• Maintain instructional materials and evaluate training results to identify gaps.
