Bachelor’s degree or equivalentFive years related work experienceStrong Project / Process ManagementStrong CommunicationsStrong Organizational SkillsLMS Administrator experienceAnalytical SkillsProblem SolverGood listening skills (interprets information correctly)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)Excellent Communication SkillsLearning and Development background a plusAmenable to work in Shifting ScheduleWilling to work in Ortigas
